While the expansion core is generally used on carbon fiber front forks, of course, it can also be used on aluminum alloy or steel front forks. However, the traditional flower core, the size of the head and the expander are separated, which is not only inconvenient for disassembly and assembly. At the same time, the arrangement of the grid pattern on the outer wall of the expander does not help to enhance friction and cannot guarantee that the flower core will not move during use. In particular, the overall weight of the existing hanging cores on the market is heavy and cannot be disassembled or assembled. It is convenient, not strong, and has a short service life, so it needs to be improved.

Instructions:

1. Gently tighten the hexagon socket screw on the lifting core until the expansion is very close to the inner diameter of the front fork

2. Slowly put into the upper tube of the front fork, it must have a certain sense of damping and friction, so that the distance between the expansion head and the inner wall of the upper tube is small enough

3. Hold the cover of the headset and tilt it slightly so that the expansion head below is stuck to the inner wall. At this time, tighten the hexagon socket screw on the top. Don't use too much force.

4. The installation closely fits the front fork without gaps, it is convenient to install and disassemble, and can be reused.
