Be prepared for everything and the ride can begin on the road. However, the following are some of the things to avoid during the ride.
1. Improper use of brakes
When braking, please brake the rear wheel first to avoid excessive braking force and falling off the bike. You can change the position of the rear brake handlebars depending on your personal habits. You should ask a professional mechanic to adjust the tightness of the brake line and check the clearance between the brake block and the wheel and the degree of wear before you go on the road.
2. Improper Turning
When the body is tilted during a turn, the inner footrest should be level or placed above to avoid touching the ground. You should slow down before entering a corner, braking during a turn is a very dangerous thing to do.
3. Wrong way to ride uphill and downhill
Some people will stand up on pedal when riding uphill sections. However, unless it is a particularly steep slope or you need to accelerate to sprint, this position should be avoided. In addition to being more physically demanding, the ride's center of gravity is raised, causing poor control and the rear wheel to slip easily.
The correct way is to sit forward and keep your upper body down to maintain your center of gravity when riding uphill, and pedal forward with a light gear ratio. When going downhill, shift your body weight backwards, keep your body low, and clench your thighs on the cushion. Pay attention to speed control and use progressive braking, emergency braking is strictly prohibited.
4. Failure to maintain a safe distance
If you are riding in a group with a convoy, you should maintain a safe distance between bikes at all times. In long-distance riding will be the front bikes to block the wind, in order to ride; wide straight road, easier to make the rider disoriented, it is recommended that the distance between riders need to be at least one bike distance, in order to be safe.
5. Running over road protrusions
The road conditions are extremely complicated, so when riding, you need to keep your vision far away, avoid excessive speed, and observe whether there are any obstacles or potholes on the road. If it is too late to dodge, it is recommended to pull up on the handlebars and let the front wheel leap up and over with the power of the pedals. Reduce the impact force.
6. Wearing headphones to ride
Wearing headphones can make it difficult to get information from the outside world, such as the sound of the horn of the bikes behind you or the reminders of your teammates, and the headphone cable is too long to cause accidents. If you want to listen to music or radio, you can use a device such as a loudspeaker. It is strictly forbidden to wear headphones to listen to music while riding.
7. If you are not feeling well, you may not be able to make it on the road.
If you are not feeling well or mentally ill and cannot concentrate, you should plan to move forward in an alternative way or delay your trip to avoid danger.
If you encounter violent weather conditions such as typhoons, heavy rain, lightning strikes, etc., you should change your trip or cancel it.
If you encounter intense weather conditions during the ride, you should wait in place until the storm slows down before moving forward. You should also avoid riding at noon (12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.), or in temperatures over 35 degrees Celsius, and hydrate at the right time.

9. If a bikes breakdown cannot be fixed urgently at the moment, you should proceed by other alternative means or request roadside assistance. Especially if the brakes or wheel sets (tires) and other components have abnormal conditions, do not force yourself to ride.
10. Due to the lack of lighting, headlights can only be used as an aid to alert other road users. It is recommended to start early, increase the rest time at noon, and arrive at the end of today's journey before the sun goes down. In particular, group rides should avoid riding at night to avoid accidents due to poor visibility and unfamiliarity with the road.
